Faculty Student Mentoring

FSM-Web-Graphic.jpgThis program serves to provide mentoring to students enrolled at Palo Alto College who desire to build relationships with and receive guidance from faculty members, including career aspirations and personal growth. Mentoring aims to create a partnership between the student and the faculty mentor, which helps the student achieve their educational goals.

The faculty mentor helps the student identify and set milestones (actions or events that mark a significant change or stage in development). The faculty mentor supports and connects students to valuable resources to help them reach their milestones.

Faculty mentors are volunteers who want to help ensure Palo Alto College students' success in college and beyond.

If you want more information or are interested in the Faculty-Student Mentoring Program, please contact Rachelle Arizpe.
